We have one mission, to connect you with free or low-cost CBT resources. You will be able to learn how to develop healthy habits and new coping methods that will improve your overall well-being.

Many people suffer from anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and phobias. Finding a starting point can be incredibly difficult. Therapy can be an excellent way to improve lives but many people find it difficult to locate. Therefore, our focus is to assist you in locating low-cost and reliable sources of evidence-based mental health treatment.

CBT is one of the most widely researched and proven effective means of dealing with mental health issues. CBT is about recognising your negative thoughts and the effect those thoughts have on your emotions and behaviours; and then, developing strategies to transform your thought processes to generate positive emotions and behaviors.
